When I started blogging two years ago, I didn’t know what to expect and I never anticipated that blogging would be so interactive. I was almost computer illiterate but  fascinated by this new ‘world’.  How the name came to be is as simple as that. ‘Chestnut’ is my favourite word in English and I wanted to create ‘something’ by that name.  I loved the first colourful ‘Chestnut’ appearance but  I had to give up on it and move on to something more functional and more ‘user-friendly’ (I hope it is!).  My computer knowledge is still very limited to restore previous appearance.

In the past two years I’ve written  657 posts (viewed 392,229 times) in 137 categories with 136 tags.  I would like to thank all 139 followers for their support.
